Hi I'm Jesse!

I grew up in a small town in Australia have spent the last 5 years living in beautiful Sydney.

I am an outgoing and positive person. Lighthearted and happy, I am always up for a good time and a laugh. I wholeheartedly value life experiences and travel the most!

I am a musician and producer and I love Hip-Hop and Rock music. I used to play drums in several bands, and now I make my own music.

I am easy going and open minded, I like meeting new people and having new experiences. Always willing to go for a drink or a meet up.

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

Last year I travelled on a round-the-world ticket for two months and met so many people along the way. I went to USA and Canada, Iceland, France and Eastern Europe. I've previously travelled in Asia, including India, Nepal and Japan.

Now I have moved to Europe and am planning on working and travelling for the next year, am currently stationed in Cologne, Germany. It would be great to meet some locals or other travellers and learn about your favourite things to do here!

I am travelling now but who knows, maybe some of the people I meet through couch surfing will one day visit me in Sydney.

Music, Movies, and Books

Music is in my blood. I have played drums for over 10 years, played in numerous bands, studied at audio school and recorded and produced a number of artists both at home and in the studio.

The main kinds of music that I listen to are Hip-Hop, RnB/Soul, Electronic and Rock.

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

Travelled to a small farm town in Thailand where no one spoke English. It was a crazy experience and amazing how we could connect with the few Thai phrases I knew. They even lent me a motorbike so I could see the waterfalls and sights!
