CURRENTLY

I'm traveling along with West Coast and live in Dallas, where I am a freelance writer and editor and am also returning to acting. I live with my 7-year-old cat, who is the love of my life.

Note: I'm queer (nonbinary, bisexual) and disabled, among other things. I do not put up with homophobia, transphobia, misogyny, racism, ableism, or any other forms of hate. I am, however, welcoming of anyone who is loving, no matter what categories they might fall into.

ABOUT ME

I am a kind, respectful person who can have fun doing anything from reading a book and conversing with friends to attending a loud concert and dancing all night. I'm very quiet and shy, but I will be talkative with an outgoing person.

PHILOSOPHY

In a nutshell, I think that it is everyone's obligation to take care of other people and the environment in the fullest capacity possible.

Favorite filmmakers include: David Lynch, Fellini, The Coens, Wes Anderson, Billy Wilder, Frank Capra, the Coppolas, Godard, Kubrik, Spike Jonze, Charlie Kaufman, Noah Baumbach, Miranda July ... I am also a sucker for Pixar movies.

The Garden of the Gods in Colorado is one of the most breathtaking pieces of nature that I have seen. It made me realize how beautiful my own country is and that I need to see more of it. I also got to visit Snoqualmie Falls, a big deal for a Twin Peaks nerd.

I'm an excellent writer and editor, and a pretty good storyteller. I would love to share these skills with my host in any way I can.

I love helping take care of the home where my host lives, which goes beyond just picking up after myself. I will gladly chip in with chores, pet care, and even gardening. I am great with animals and children. I am also fun to have conversations with once I come out of my shell and love going on adventures (especially walking around cities and hiking).
