Hendrix, Dylan, Marley, Beatles, Stones, Muddy Waters, Chopin. Rock, blues, classical, folk and hip-hop are my favorites. I've recently been listening to Amy Winhouse, Talib Kweli, Sierra Leon Refugee All Stars, Freddie King and Jesse Winchester

Favorite writers are: Hermann Hesse, Walt Whitman, Henry David Thoreau, Oscar Wilde, Lewis Carroll, Cesar Aira and others. At the moment I am reading a great book called As I Walked Out One Midsummer Morning by Laurie Lee

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

Living in a Mayan village in Yucatan, Mexico with farmers and getting up each morning at dawn to work in the fields. Becoming, for the first time in my life, reliant on my own hands and work, attached by necessity to the dawn and dusk and living simply
