I'm your average guy I think... I love the outdoors and I love meeting new people. I am #4 of seven kids in my family and my siblings are scattered through out the United States.

I am currently backpacking through India for five months.

When I’m back in the states I work in branding and marketing. I use to work as a video and photography producer and still do that on a Freeance basis.

I grew up in Japan… that was cool. But now I consider my home to be Wisconsin. Mostly because that is where my VW Vanagon is parked and when I return home I will live/travel through the USA in the van.

I love meeting new people and I am a budget traveler. Honestly, when planning my return trip back from India it was going to save me quite a lot on my flight if I spend a few days in Iceland. So I decided to chase a bucket list item to travel through Iceland… the more I started planning the more I realized that It was going to be pretty expensive. So I’m hoping to couch surf a bit while I am there to save money and have some really authentic experiences.

Hostels are great for meeting other travelers but I really want to make sure I have a more authentic Iceland adventure. And the best way to do that is to make sure I spend some time with the locals.

Everything outdoors, hot springs, saunas, hiking, kayaking, fishing, and a good local pub! I am not a huge drinker but I enjoy a local gem! Oh an I love coffee!!!

I paddled the length of the Wisconsin River (430 miles) on a Stand up paddle board a few years ago... took me three weeks!

I love to listen to people's stories. I find people to be incredibly fascinating which is why I do the work I do. I hope to contribute to the world by helping others tell their stories through film.

Ummmm I can share a whole bunch! I can share stories about incredible people I have met... but since I will be coming from India I will be have some really amazing chai tea with me and I will gladly make you a cup of authentic Indian Chai!
