Explore this beautiful world while I can and connect with all the vastly different people who live on it with me. And along the way, hopefully, learn a little more about what it means to be human.

ABOUT ME

Well, I was born, awake but not breathing, in the middle of no-where Montana, USA (where cowboys call home) in a horse trough. I started breathing right after I got spanked by my mom's midwife. So, definitely an interesting start to life.
I love nature, the wilderness, the mountains, Ocean, love it all.
I teach at a Nature School, so like Naturalist knowledge, Tracking, Survival skills, Bow making, basket weaving, Bird Language. But it's not Man vs Nature survival thing.... It's rebuilding Connection to self, community, nature and rebuilding culture. And I love that.
Also do some construction stuff, not as cool though.
I love traveling, I've been to Europe, China, Central America, and all over the US. I Kayaked for 23 days through the Grand Canyon this year, which was a pretty Grand ;) experience! And I also like coffee and a good book.
I love working with my hands: I built myself a little Yurt to live in (a round, tiny house). And I learned so much about myself in the process.
I love music, I play piano and guitar.
At the end of my life, I want as many good stories as I can have, wisdom from loads of mistakes, and big wrinkles on my face from all the years of smiling.

PHILOSOPHY

Well, I have hosted a hand full of travelers but I am new surfing so I'm excited and nervous.

decided to go to china.... and went. I ended up Teaching English at 2 universities and traveling all over China alone, meeting amazing people and seeing amazing places! I loved it so much, and if you ever get the chance to travel to China, your will never forget it!

Smile :) I know a lot about nature, about survival skills, music and stuff. I want to learn languages! I want to learn how to understand people better, how to listen deeper, and laugh harder! I want to share all the time I get before I die.
