Why I’m on Couchsurfing

Looking for a more personal way to visit towns and cities, and experience them differently to the hostel circuit, in good company. I think it's the way the world should be. In an ideal world, everyone has a friend in every city, town and place. Strangers welcoming out-of-towners, travellers having a place to stay, everyone's lives enriched.

My favourite movies are Big Fish, It's a Wonderful Life, the Last Picture Show, Baraka and Napoleon Dynamite.

Don't know where to start with music. The War On Drugs, Cut Copy, Kanye West, Chet Faker, Lana Del Rey, Odesza, Arbes (look them up!), Vance Joy, Flight Facilities, First Aid Kit and Also, Dragons (look them up too!) is a good start. Anything live.
