About Me

Outgoing, personable, respectful/honouring, dependable, gregarious, and then insert a bunch of other words that could be construed as one trying to pump his/her ego up too largely.

I am currently a flight attendant for a major Canadian airline. Whether I'm on my layovers or on days off I'm hoping to see more of the world - ideally you'll be a part of that!

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

My life mission is to empower every person I encounter in a unique way. How that looks depends on the person. It could be related to music, to languages, to athletics, to all sorts of things...I love being able to connect with people on their level and making them even just a little better. I love that each person makes me a little better as well! Couchsurfing is another avenue in which to do this.

As of August 2017 my living situation changed, so I will finally be able to give back to the Couchsurfing community and host travellers sporadically. The ability to host Couchsurfers is entirely dependent upon my continually changing work schedule, so my apologies in advance if we can't make it work. In the meantime, whether I'm available to host you or not, I'd love to hang out. Don't be shy!

Ask me!

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

I lived in the Bolivian Amazon jungle for one month with 10 women, and I was the only person in the village that was bilingual (all in the village spoke Spanish and all of the people I traveled with spoke English). I had a busy month!

Teach, Learn, Share

I can teach Spanish as a second language to English speakers (I was a TA at UBC Okanagan for several years). I'm also a expert tournament Scrabble player, so I can help you improve your Scrabble / Words With Friends skills =)

What I Can Share with Hosts

Tales of the land flowing with maple syrup and poutine. Ok, perhaps I can bring a bottle of maple syrup too. You'll have to come to Canada to get some real poutine though!

Countries I’ve Visited
