New York, New York native. Became aware of our food system. Dabbled on farms, fell into raising livestock the right way. Spent two years farming and butchering and now I work with farmers to sell the good meats to restaurants in the city. Also work with young farmers to acquire land. Rock climb in most of my free time.

Skimmed the surface of CS in 2015 and took full advantage of it in 2016. Can't imagine another way to travel. Want to help make traveling to NYC affordable.
