Overview
About Me
I work full-time at a sustainability school with special needs children. I go overseas on my school holidays to volunteer and document different wholesome projects.
I live in a beautiful old cottage in South Townsville right near the Townsville City with my partner Eike who is German. The Ferry to Magnetic Island is close to my home & there is a bus stop at the end of the street leading you anywhere in Townsville. I usually spend my weekends at the Island or camping nearby, perhaps you would like to join :)
Why I’m on Couchsurfing
I have been hosted by so many folk through volunteering and that for me has been such a rewarding experience for me so I would love to give the same.

What I Can Share with Hosts
Our home is a beautiful old cottage with wooden floors in South Townsville, a quiet fishing suburb boarding the city. Although we don't have a room available we have a big paved area in our backyard where you are able to leave your van/mobile home. We even have an extension lead for you to use our power and of course you are able fill your van up with water. You are welcome to use our home like it's your own and are of course welcome to cook and shower here and enjoy our beautiful lounge room (as well as do any washing you made need to do! It's so expensive to do at the parks!). I know what it's like travelling in a van for long periods of time and how much you can miss having a home sometimes. Even if you are just looking for somewhere to park your van/car whilst you are at Magnetic Island.
