I was born and raised in Texas. I've lived in the city for most of my life so no, I don't know how to herd cattle or ride a horse, but I do love my steak rare! (vegan/tarians, my apologies). My hobbies include writing, running, listening to music, reading and going to concerts, especially music festivals. I LOVE road trips and try to camp out often.

I've always wanted to travel and discover the world. I think that couchsurfing is a great way to really get a feel for one's culture and where they live.

Wow, so many favorites! I love rock and roll, old school hip-hop, and electronic music. Anthony Burgess is my favorite author. Movies, movies, movies... Inglourious Basterds, Kiss Kiss Bang Bang, The Nightmare Before Christmas, The Princess Bride, Detroit Rock City... just to name a few :P
