About Me

CURRENT MISSION

I'm trying to find out what freedom really means

ABOUT ME

I was born in the desert in the first day of spring. I lived with parents only during my first 6 months, after that they became my neighbours. So I was actually raised by my grandmother which is the kindest person Ive met in my life! I had no one to actually put me some limits so I had to create my own. (I'm still working on it!) Well, mixed with everything, I can also say that the sense of being free is really strong inside of me, but, to be honest, Im still trying to discover what freedom really means... Bouddhism is teaching me a lot about it, showing me a totally new perspective of view! :) I'm also very much into yoga and meditation lately.. (all those things that may bring an expansion of the consciousness interest me a lot!) ahhhhh.. but dont take me as a zen person because i also have a side that likes to party as much as possible! Fire is definitely my element so I have soooo much energy that I can become the perfect brazilian stereotype when it comes to parties and lots of caipirinhas! hehehe... hmmmm, what else can I say about me?
* Serendipidity is my favorite english word
* Berlin is the coolest city Ive ever been so far
* I agree with Steve Jobs when he said that everybody should try LSD at least once in life
* I used to like to wear only boy's clothes until 10 years old
* I'm veeery afraid of falling in love.. ://
* On the other hand, I loooove chocolate! ^^
* In only one night I swear that I once saw 2 UFOs
* " I know we haven't met, but I don't want to be an ant, you know? I mean, it's like we go through life with our antennas bouncing off one another, continuously on ant auto-pilot with nothing really human required of us. Stop. Go. Walk here. Drive there. All action basically for survival. All communication simply to keep this ant colony buzzing along in an efficient polite manner. "Here's your change." "Paper or plastic?" "Credit or debit?" "You want ketchup with that?" I don't want a straw, I want real human moments. I want to see you. I want you to see me. I don't want to give that up. I don't want to be an ant, you know?"

PHILOSOPHY

"There are more things in heaven and earth, Horatio,
Than are dreamt of in your philosophy."
Shakespeare

"I'd rather be ... this metamorphosis, I prefer this metamorphosis, than to have that old opinion about everything, than to have that old opinion formed on everything.
I mean, now the opposite of what I said before, I'd rather be, this metamorphosis, than to have that old opinion about everything, about what love is, what I do not know who I am."
Raul Seixas poorly translated to English.

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

Once I participated in a religious ritual which I drank a psychedelic tea made of two plants from the Amazon rainforest. Actually this tea called Ayahuasca is already used for thousends years in rituals in the amazonic tribes. I was expecting anything, but then I was able to see other beings and some stuff about my past lifes. I was also able to get in touch with my shadows and then I noticed a lot of fears and barriers that we usually build in a act of self protection... Well, so far it was definetely the most amazing thing Ive experienced so far. for many many many reasons... I could learn a lot from it.

Teach, Learn, Share

* I never saw a happy person harming another human being
* 3 things that I learned from bouddhism: everything is impermanent, unsastisfying and the ego is just an illusion
* and, of course, love is actually the answear to everything!
