One Amazing Thing I’ve Done
We are all very different people with different people, Kate’s the world champion canoeist.
Jess is the exploring and discovering specialist, she was in exchange in the States for a year.
Dan took some time off and did various internships opening himself up to the world.
As a group (triplets) we did an absolutely awesome backpacking trip across South East Asia and were able to Couch Surf in two different locations in Vietnam and met some awesome people.
Teach, Learn, Share
We like to think we are easy going hosts/guests and gel with many different kinds of people. We would love to be able to learn, share and exchange cultures and traditions with you!
What I Can Share with Hosts
Pietermaritzburg is ideally located an hour away from the beach and an hour away from the mountains, if we have time we could try and catch a few waves with you - none of us are particularly great at surfing. Or we could find a trial to hike up in the Drakensburg for some great views.
We can share food, drinks, wifi, a hot shower, a clean bed and pretty much everything that we use ourselves.
Dan suggests a trip to Hlopes Butchery, for a unique cultural experience - some barbecued meat and beer with the locals.
Kate would be happy to take you for a paddle on the Duzi River in a canoe.
Jess can take you on a walk or hike, with our adorable doggo - Iris. Or teach you how to make some traditional meals.
