About Me
Hello! My dream since I was young has always been to travel. The best way to travel is to become a "townie" and not a tourist, and get in good with the locals. I recently graduated in May 2014 and moved to Fairbanks, Alaska for my first paid archaeology job. I am now back in the lower 48 going from archy job to archy job, with lots of travel in between.
Why I’m on Couchsurfing
Honestly just graduating, and with as much travel as I am doing, I don't have oodles of money to be spending on hotels. Couchsurfing seems like the best way to meet new people who can offer great experiences in their local areas.

Music, Movies, and Books
I like all sorts of music. Reggae Rock and electronic music have been playing most recently on my ipod. My favorite author is Wilbur Smith. I am not into scary movies, but most other movies I usually enjoy.
One Amazing Thing I’ve Done
Airdropped to an otherwise inaccessible area in Central Alaska for an excavation with Texas A&M University.
Teach, Learn, Share
Love to teach, love to learn, and love to share. I have come to understand that teaching is learning while sharing.
What I Can Share with Hosts
Fun stories, some homemade food, and a fun drinking buddy.
