Overview
About Me
A good hearted traveler who is on the road trying to immrse myself in different cultures and ways of life to become a better person and open my eyes to the beautiful world around me. Fueled with a passion of adventure and love of the unknown I'm trying to satisfy my travel bug (at least for a bit) before heading home to finish college and heading back out! I've been working very hard with two jobs to save up for my many travels, owning just the few things in this green backpack i live out of because to me memories and amazing experiences are worth and mean so much more than things!
Why I’m on Couchsurfing
To meet new wonderful people who wouldn't mind sharing a locals perspective!
" The journey is best measured in friendships rather than miles"
To share stories in hopes to fuel others desire for the beauty of travel.
Interests
Travel ! ❤️️
The great outdoors! Kayaking, hiking, river rafting, making tasty smores by a camp fire, finding a nice spot to hang the hammock :)
Adrenaline junkie's! Have been skydiving, hang gliding and zip lining.
Looking forward to bungee jumping in Nepal and hot air ballon in Myanmar in October.
We both enjoy having a glass of wine with dinner as well as the occasional night of dancing until our feet can't take anymore.

Music, Movies, and Books
We both enjoy sinking our teeth into a good book anything from fantasy fiction to our study books for uni.
Movies are usually a pleasure saved for rainy days on the couch, and music is a big love for both of us we listen to a little bit of everything all styles and genres and are always looking for something new and funky, especially if it has a good beat to dance to!
One Amazing Thing I’ve Done
So many things come to the forefront of my mind like seeing the Eiffel tower glisten at night, drinking a glass of wine from a local vineyard in Tuscany, being on a gondola in Venice or being inside the Sistine Chapel in the Vatican. Amazing things like swimming the crystal-clear waters in Greece, drinking a beer in one of the oldest breweries in Germany, dancing all night in the check republic, going to countless temples in Thailand or zip lining through the jungle in Laos.
But hands-down the most breathtaking experience was spending three days with a small village tucked away on the Mekong River, experiencing their way of life with little electricity, no TVs, smart phones, Wi-Fi or cable, just hard work, delicious home cooked meals and a strong since of family.
Prior to heading towards the village we picked up crayons paper school books clothes and goodies to give to the children their appreciation was just so heartfelt it definitely reminded me how unbelievably lucky I am to live in a country that provides so much. And how much happiness one can have without the "finer things"
Teach, Learn, Share
We are both bartenders who know how to shake up an interesting cocktail. We have many strange, funny and beautiful travel stories and photos, plus a few souvenirs.
We are always open to learning something new weather being a skill, a way of life or even just a fun fact or silly joke. I love learning about a region from the people who live there rather than a tourist brochure
