Hey y'all!

I'm a positive and open-minded person who loves to meet new people. I find exploring the world and other cultures as extremely fascinating. I have lived in States for a year and travelled some in Europe. Yet, I'm eager to learn more about, let's say, almost everything.

I'm a 21 years old communication student in university and I'm from Finland. Actually, I just decided to visit the US on my way from Finland to Czech Republic (see the geographical logic here) where I'm going for exchange this Spring.

I'm Finnish in a way that I'm calm and relaxed, and I'm also fine being by myself, even though I'm very outgoing person and get along with different kind of people. The most memorable moments are filled with good company, laughter and joy. So travelling is not all about seeing cool "must see" places.

Interests

I like to do all kind of sports and outdoor activities. I don't have specific sport anymore but I like to do whatever comes to my mind. I'm interested different cultures and I always want to get deeper understanding of different cultures. I'm a big fan of live music and I also listen to music a lot daily. One thing that I'm passionate about is delicious food. A delicious meal or sweets make the day to be a success!

Teach, Learn, Share

I can share the knowledge of Finland and some stories about life there. The life exists in arctic circle as well, believe it or not! I'm always up to listening to and sharing some interesting travelling stories and experiences.
