Music, Movies, and Books

Nina Simone and most blues are my jam but I’m a go with the flow gal and often like everyone’s vibe in music. Classic films like North By Northwest or film noir are interesting to me. I love a good documentary and biography too. The books I listen to are usually the ones guiding me to be more mindful. I think Brene Brown’s work is impactful.

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

Is race car driving a thing still? I was a youngster when my dad let me race his stock car at our local racetrack. I crashed his car.
I volunteer at local charities and events in Dallas/FtWorth

What I Can Share with Hosts

I’m currently enrolled in yoga teacher training and so I could share with you the postures of vinyasa yoga as well as listen to your body concerns and suggest a series of poses to help you.
