I am from the beautiful Sonoran Desert in Tucson, AZ. I grew up as a military brat so I was lucky enough to travel to many places at a young age. Since, I have never lost that urge to go out and see the world, which brings me here! I love connecting with people. Learning something and finding the common thread that links us all together.

I am a yoga teacher who is passionate about healthy living and community. I love people!! I work to reconnect people to a healthy food system and empower them to make healthy life choices. Healthy body = heathy mind. With that said, I love FOOD! I love to cook for my loved ones and experiment with local foods.

I enjoy doing yoga and reading (usually about 10 books at a time, simultaneously)
