Why I’m on Couchsurfing

I am Couchsurfing because I love to meet people and learn about other places and cultures. I love hearing stories from others and when I travel, I seek out the opportunity to learn someone else's way of life. I am interested in many topics and hope to take in as much as possible by learning from people along the way. Through couchsurfing, I am able to see parts of a city that I may not otherwise explore and meet people that I may not otherwise be able to interact with more than saying "hello" and "thank you". I find everything about another persons home to be lovely and beautiful in its own way; I’m not picky and I feel grateful when I am invited into someone’s space. Couchsurfing has given me the opportunity to meet awesome people and learn a lot about a city and culture through a local’s perspective.

Interests

Learning and teaching languages, traveling, cats, hiking, great views, food, hammocking, photography, going to the gym, bike riding, attending concerts and festivals, dancing for fun, trumpet, meeting new people, and trying new things!
