About Me

30-year old digital nomad from Seattle, lucky enough to have my dream job working from home, so I decided to take my home on the road and see the world!

My life is focused on personal growth--every day and every experience is an opportunity to learn and become even more awesome :-)

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

Originally I got on couchsurfing to find a place to stay when traveling, but it's proven to be so much more than that. I love the community! There is so much to share and learn from the array of international travelers and hosts who go out of their way to support others in their adventures. What a beautiful thing.

Music, Movies, and Books

Right now I'm reading Furiously Happy: A Funny Book About Terrible Things by Jenny Lawson. She has an amazing talent at making everything hilariously awkward.

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

For my 30th birthday I went skydiving, ran a spartan super race, and did karaoke -- best day ever!

Teach, Learn, Share

Did you know salmon can sense the magnetic field and use it to find their way through the vast open ocean back to the river they were born in?

What I Can Share with Hosts

All the science factoids you can handle in Bill Nye the Science Guy style :-) I also can cook a few decent vegetarian recipes.

Countries I’ve Visited

Argentina, Aruba, Bahamas, Canada, Croatia, Curaçao, Czech Republic, Dominican Republic, Ecuador, France, Germany, Mexico, Mongolia, Nicaragua, Panama, Portugal, Saint Kitts and Nevis, Spain, Turks and Caicos Islands, United Kingdom, Uruguay

Countries I’ve Lived In
