Overview
About Me
I want to understand what other lives people lead around the world. I do not think I could live a fulfilled life without learning of the happenings in countries other than my home. I love meeting others while traveling and connecting with locals.
Why I’m on Couchsurfing
I had my first Couchsurfing experience while traveling South Korea with my friend Alex. We stayed with a generous man named Ben. In a week's time we learned a lot about Ben and his city of Seoul. I came to appreciate the Couchsurfing community because of Ben. Although I do not expect every Couchsurfer to form a friendship with me, I do realize that the Couchsurfing community is one where the members appreciate one another's interest in adventure and culture. I look forward to immersing myself in a place and culture through Couchsurfing, and would like to work towards providing a place for fellow Couchsurfers to stay in the near future.

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done
One amazing thing I did was camp Shenandoah Park in Virginia. The reason it was so amazing is because it was a true test of my willpower. It meant camping for 3 days in the rain and having to work with others to find a place to set up camp. It was also a test of my physical endurance.
One amazing place I have seen is Yeosu, South Korea. The views of the ocean from the numerous hiking trails are absolutely breathtaking. The image of them will definitely be something I always remember.
