Name is Jessica, friends call me Jigg.

My whole life has seemed to be built around the comfort of strangers. It's ironic because as you grow up we are taught to stir away from strangers. Some of my favorite people in this world I met randomly on a dance floor, on a random beach, in the grass field of a festival because I needed a piece of gum. We are all strangers before we are friends (obviously) - so why should we be scared?

I'm a Sociology major, which sucks sometimes because you see the world in a different way in which you wish you didn't, but I love every second of it and I believe it helps me understand people better. My other passion is food and drink. Louisville has an AMAZING food and beverage scene so I make eating/drinking well necessity of life not just a means of survival/intoxication.

I like to have fun. I love to dance. If you take me somewhere where I can dance my little heart away I will love you forever. I get kind of lost in my head on a dance floor - I love it. DJ's save my life.

Anywho - I'm gracious of anyone that opens their home to me. I clean up after myself, I respect your work schedule, I'll walk your dog, I'll cook you some dinner, I'm independent so I don't need you to hold my hand the whole time I'm there.

I understand I don't have a lot of references. I didn't learn about couch surfing until I arrived in Europe. If you would like to exchange Facebook/WhatsApp in order to get better aquatinted I do not mind this at all.

I wish I read more, I can't seem to ever get hooked on a book long enough to finish one. Sounds childish, I know. Same with movies, I can never finish them but there are some I like. I like a lot of music but I love listening to DJ sets on sound cloud.
