My name is Jessica, I am an American social science/economics researcher with a focus on women and urbanization. I am currently living in Senegal. I speak French, some Arabic, and some Wolof (and English is my native language).

我为什么加入 Couchsurfing

I used couchsurfing to get around Ghana when I visited there for a couple of months. I was surprised by how amazing the experience was and I want to help other people get that experience! I also had the pleasure of hosting a couchsurfer while I lived in Pittsburgh.

兴趣

Some of my favorite things are nature, art, and good food. I have a degree in African Studies so I very much appreciate learning more about local history when travelling in Africa. I also love to study languages.
