ABOUT ME

I am a wanderer at heart, never settling for too long. My travels were launched in California, and I have paused in Oregon, Washington, France, and currently Texas. I'm moving on in the spring, to other exciting opportunities. While my location may not be constant, I try to live the same way: loving God and loving those around me cheerfully, never passing up an opportunity for adventure and making the most of life.

HOW I PARTICIPATE IN COUCHSURFING

As this is my first time couchsurfing, I haven't yet participated, but I would like to encourage inter cultural communication and understanding through personal experiences.

COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE

This is the first time couchsurfing, so I can't really say what experiences I have had. But I have had opportunities to stay at others homes while traveling, and I can say it is one of the most rewarding experiences and richest ways to visit anywhere. I love the personal connection and being able to understand where I am traveling through another's eyes.

兴趣

I am interested in life and in people. I love new experiences, stretching my understanding of the world, and seeing life through someone else's eyes. In a more concrete sense, I enjoy outdoor activities, be it biking, hiking, camping or rock climbing. I am a huge foodie, and I believe a major part of every culture is their cuisine. When I can I read play card or board games, dance (swing mostly, but I am open!) and just hanging out having a good time.

我做过的一件不可思议的事情

One of my favorite experiences was sledding down the Jungfrau in Switzerland- I sledded down continuously for an hour and a half. You get to see the snow and the mountain so much more intimately, and appreciate the silence of snow while whizzing through a winter wonderland.
