ABOUT ME

I am talkative and happy, curious and excitable. I am a high school teacher in beautiful Missoula, Montana. I like to hike, stand-up paddle, bike around, make arts and crafts, read, CrossFit, and play the guitar...I actually like almost everything. Fun is fun is fun.

I just had a baby so I might not be so available, but I still love the couchsurfing community and would like to meet you if I can!

When I travel by myself I like to see the local sights, catch a little bit of art, eat local specialties, and preferably go for a hike or other outdoor sports type thing.

PHILOSOPHY

The purpose of life is to do as much good as you can while having as much fun as you can (hence my mission).

COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE

I am kind of new to couchsurfing but have had some amazing experiences! I think the best CS times come when you let go of your expectations and go with the flow...so I try to put down my guidebooks and do that. I have met some really cool people and had long conversations about anything and everything.

My husband and I are in a band...we are called The Old So and Sos. We are okay.

What I Can Share with Hosts

I'd love to cook you some cajun food! One cajun food, really - shrimp etouffe (Grandma's recipe :).

And I can teach you how to do a cartwheel.
