About Me

CURRENT MISSION

To enjoy life.

ABOUT ME

I think I'm pretty outgoing and fun. I love seeing new things and experienceing cultures. I like animals and being outside. I get restless so I love exploring new areas.

PHILOSOPHY

"Live the life you love; love the life you live"

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

HOW I PARTICIPATE IN COUCHSURFING

I enjoy both surfing and hosting when available. Unfortunately I am renting a room in a house right now so I cannot host.

COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE

I have had some amazing surfing experiences! I think this is a great way to see a city the way the locals see it. People have been so welcoming. I have also loved to host people and show them around my town.

Interests

I enjoy traveling, camping, biking, kayaking, wine tasting, rock climbing, sailing, hiking and any other activity that gets me out there doing something exciting.

Music, Movies, and Books

I enjoy reading Terry Pratchett, Wilbur Smith, Michael Crichton, and Shakespeare. For movies, I like anything that makes me laugh or has some excitement to it.

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

Sailing down the coast of Mexico. At night the dolphins swim through the phosphorescent plankton in the water causing streaks of sparkles . Also the worldcup celebration in Italy when they won the 2006 final game. I've never seen so many people celebrating and getting so excited over a football victory. Then lived in a mud hut in West Africa with no electricity and no running water for two years. Other stories to share but we can talk about those over a beer.

Teach, Learn, Share

Travel with no expectations! Its the only way to really be open for any adventure that comes along and to not be disappointed if something doesnt work out the way you planned.

What I Can Share with Hosts

I love exchanging stories of travel, adventure and life.
