ABOUT ME
I love music, playing and listening. I also love meeting new people and experiencing new places. I'm a big fan of playing outdoors, as well as practicing yoga and meditation. I am a junior in college, studying math and french. After music and ultimate frisbee, my favorite pastime is reading... novels mostly. I am family oriented, which I think ingrains in me the desire for connection.
PHILOSOPHY
Take a breath... when I encounter anything, be it fabulous or uncomfortable, I pay attention to my breath, my center, to fully be aware of the situation. Then, I can return to experience it with full force and confidence, and without worries.
Why I’m on Couchsurfing
HOW I PARTICIPATE IN COUCHSURFING
right now surfing but when i return home to chicago I would love to host people.
COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE
This summer I couchsurfed in Paris for a weekend. It was a wonderful experience, first with a very nice couple for one night, then with a great girl the same age as me for two nights. I also got to spend a few hours with another local girl who I met through this website.
Interests
I prefer to be outside. I like to connect with people, and I am inspired by those who are happy. I also enjoy taking photos.
I can play frisbee forever, ultimate frisbee that is. It's not very well known, I've discovered, but it is the funnest sport! ...in my opinion.
I am passionate about playing flute, and love to jam with any instrument in any type of music.
