HOW I PARTICIPATE IN COUCHSURFING

I am new to the CS website, but have been hosting in Darwin for awhile. My flatmate has an existing page so we have been hosting through her. Emily Nancarrow if you want to see any references. Hosting has been a great experience and i cant wait till the role is reversed. We have met some rad people from all over and they often have stayed for 1-2 weeks. I hope to travel the US with my mate and CS our way around.

COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE

Most CS experiences have been ace. We have met some really beautiful, inspiring individuals that we have invited into our circle of friends. Its a great feeling giving someone the opportunity to see a part of the world they would have missed if they were staying in a backpackers. I hope this is reciprocated when we start travelling.

兴趣

Obvious one...travelling, more often scuba diving, my mate is a photographer and graphic designer, myself an amateur photographer so it will be exciting having the opportunity to learn a bit while seeing such an amazing country. We also enjoy random spontaneous nights but quite often don't remember how or where certain things came from the next morning. We are part of a choir in darwin that we host at our house every tuesday, we also dabble in swing dancing, myself basketball and swimming....blah blah blah the list could go on. bascially i dont get bored and generally find most things ineteresting. Especially meeting new people that have skills they are happy to share.

Documentary films i prefer, or movies generally that can be on while Im making something.

Climbing a mountain is Borneo and watching the sunrise was spectacular. I am still trying to find a sunrise that impresses me more and try to see one in every city i go to. Being an intensive care nurse i have seen some pretty amazing things the human body can recover from too.
