ABOUT ME

I am Jessica, a freelance-musician and I live in Leipzig. I think, reading and traveling are the best ways to broaden the perspective - that is why I´m trying to do that as often as possible.

HOW I PARTICIPATE IN COUCHSURFING

Sharing, thats what it is.

COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE

I have none, but everyone told me that it´s one of the best ways to travel, because it gives you the opportunity to meet nice people all around the globe.

Interests

The people I love are the most important thing in my life: I love to meet them, talk to them and having a lot of fun with them. I am eager to learn from others.

As I said before: I love art and music and I am grateful to have a voice. I like concerts, movies, books, coffee, good food, and fancy sneakers...

Music, Movies, and Books

I have a thing for the classics, like Alfred Hitchcock (Psycho) & Martin Scorsese.

Trainspotting. La vita e bella. Pulp Fiction. Dirty Harry. American History X. Sin City. The big Lebowski. Back to the future....

Music:
Beatles, Becca Stevens, Stevie Wonder, Nat King Cole, Radiohead, Björk, Nirvana, Rage against the machine... just to name a few.

Books (written by):
Herman Hesse, Daniel Kehlmann, Elke Heidenreich, Sven Regner, Wolfgang Borchert, ...

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

I had a whole lot of fantastic moments with music, people and while I was traveling - so it´s hard to choose my favourite.

It always amazes me how every kind of art can influence your life if it hits you in the right moment. Once I visited a concert with some of my friends - none of us knew the band before, so we expected nothing. Later we found ourselves deeply impressed by what happend on stage. On the way home in the car we were completely silent because there was nothing more to say. The length of a concert is limited - but sometimes you can´t help but take it home.

What I Can Share with Hosts
