I have a beautiful one bedroom apartment in Denver Tech Center (DTC) that is only a 3 minute walk to the light rail, 12 minutes to the heart of downtown Denver (approximately $15.00 Lyft/Uber) and in a PRIME LOCATION. Ground level/corner unit with ample covered and uncovered retail parking. This location is VERY walkable! Within only a few feet to a few blocks walk:
