About Me

CURRENT MISSION

To let my intuition guide me and enable me to learn more about myself and others.

ABOUT ME

I'm more of a listener than a talker and love to learn about other people and their experiences. I am a follower of Jesus and love to share my faith with others, if they want to hear :)

My mission in life is to help people, specifically vulnerable women, but I have no idea where life is going to take me and what goal I will be used to fulfil. For the moment, I just try to help someone or something at least once everyday.

PHILOSOPHY

I try to show the love of God to all around me. I want to live at peace with everything around me, I try my best, but obviously sometimes I fail. I know that my actions can affect everyone, including those on the other side of the world so I take care to make sure I live my life in a way that looks after everyone, not just me. Everyone is part of my family.

Interests

Good movies, reading, knitting, endless hours of good conversation, walking, thinking, hugs, holding hands, travelling, anything to do with nature, baking vegan goodies (after all, my surname is Baker!) learning, learning and more learning.

Music, Movies, and Books

Recent reads that I have loved and would recommend:

Francine rivers - redeeming love
William Young - The Shack
Tolkien - the hobbit

So there's a hint of my taste in books... it's pretty wide!

I love pretty much all movies, especially ones based in times long gone or whimsical movies.

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

I travelled through some of South America with my dad and shared the most amazing journey with him. We learnt so much about ourselves, our relationship and the diversity in this world. It definately triggered the dreaded 'travel bug' in me! Subsequently ive been travelling back and forth to India for the last three years, staying up in the mountains, volunteering in the tibetan refugee community. These years have been the highlight of my life.

Countries I’ve Visited

Bolivia, Ecuador, India, Peru

Countries I’ve Lived In
