ABOUT ME

I am an Australian, studying in Italy for just one more semester. I've been doing a lot of traveling in the last 7 months since I left home and it's been amazing! I'm having the best time and really don't know how I'm going to go home. I'm funny, open-minded. I like reading but hardly get time. I love art. I love painting, again, I have to make some time for this. I love design. I love laughing and having a joke. I love listening to all the different languages and learning about the different cultures. I want to see everything. And make friends from around the world.

I'm just surfing at the moment while I'm overseas studying and traveling. Though when I get back home (not sure when that will be) I'll be sure to let you all know so you can come stay.

COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE

I've only been to a few places so far but had a variety of experiences, the majority being awesome. Keen to keep going and meeting the world's population.

Interests

Reading, traveling the world, having a laugh, seeing new things, painting, learning languages, Watching and getting involved in different cultures, being with my family (which isn't happening much when you live on the other side of the world), picnicking with friends, being at the beach (can never get enough), having the mountains all around.

Music, Movies, and Books

All for Harry Potter (books are definitely better). I like all those chick-flicks, I know, I know. Trying to listen to more foreign songs to pick up the language a little better. Pretty much anything. Mumford & Sons. Matt Corby. Edward Sharpe & the Magnetic Zeros.

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

Lived in a foreign country.
Been to Norway, which from Australia is amazing, and seen the Northern Lights.
Swimming with dolphins in Mexico.
Eaten a croissant in France.
Made international friends.
Traveled around Switzerland.
