Overview
About Me
CURRENT MISSION
We want to travel the world and meet cool people along the way!
ABOUT ME
We've just returned from traveling for a year, in which we worked on lots of organic farms and ecovillages, couchsurfed with some amazing people, and learned more than we could ever imagine about the world. Now we are based in Brooklyn for awhile and eager to help out some travelers with generosity and enthusiasm that equals those who hosted us. We're musicians and photographers and painters and writers and we used all of that to document our journey, and will continue to use it to document our lives. Our dream is to one day have a sustainable artists commune, where we can gather a bunch of our favorite people together and work in the fields during the day and create beautiful things late into the night... but before we settle down in the middle of nowhere, we wanted to be nomads for a while. Now Travis is making/helping other people make music and Jessica is in grad school trying to figure out how to make our global food systems more sustainable.
PHILOSOPHY
It's hard to boil a philosophy down to a few sentences. It is however a subject which we love to talk about with others!

Music, Movies, and Books
Far too many to count. I can say that currently we're reading The Omnivore's Dilemma, The People's History of the US, and The Little Prince (as a bedtime story).
One Amazing Thing I’ve Done
We completed the Round the Mountain track at Tongariro National Park in New Zealand. It took a week, and was the hardest thing I think either of us has ever done, but it was well worth it to see the beautiful things we saw.
