About Me
CURRENT MISSION
Enjoy the journey and meet interesting people along the way
ABOUT ME
I moved to Barcelona from California after finishing my degree. I'm a translator and journalist and love living life on the Mediterranean. I'm lucky enough to be living in what I'm pretty sure is the coolest city on the planet!
At the moment I'm not able to host people but I'm happy to meet up for a coffee or drink.
PHILOSOPHY
"I may not have gone where I intended to go, but I think I have ended up where I intended to be." - Douglas Adams
Also, on a less serious note: "You're disgusting - but I like it. It's like going to a strip joint with the Pope!" - Jez on 'Peep Show'
Why I’m on Couchsurfing
COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE
I showed up in Barcelona and my friend had arranged for us to couch surf with some people. I was definitely nervous, but it turned out to be a great experience - we had a great host and met loads of cool people that I still keep in touch with. I've also hosted, gone to language exchanges, and met up with tons of cool travelers. I'm definitely a fan!
