Hi hi! I'm Jess. I was born in New Zealand but grew up in South Africa. I've also lived in Vermont and New York, but right now I'm calling London home. I adore big cities for the hustle and bustle but equally I love being out in nature doing a big day or overnight hike. The more mountainous the landscape the better.

I used to work as a risk management consultant but a few years ago I decided to change my career and become a graphic designer (feel free to Google me if you wanna check out my portfolio). My interests include: film photography, dogs (I wish I had one), playing Pokemon Go, attending creative events, watching sci-fi/fantasy movies and tv shows, and trying new foods!

I like to see and do as much as I can when I travel, so you'll never find me taking a relaxing beach vacation at a resort. For me, travel is all about adventure and meeting people.

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

Got up super early to hike up a mountain in Vermont so I could watch the sunrise from the top. The amazing thing? Hiking in the dark knowing that the mountain was known for having bears! Scariest hike ever.
