About Me

ABOUT ME

To describe myself in 3 words I would have to say- creative, caring, girly. I can be reserved at first, but you won't shut me up once I get to know you. I enjoy intelligent conversation, but also having a laugh and a good time. My family are a very important part of my life. I have always worked hard at school, university and work and pride myself on this. I am looking to travel to undertake an internship for work, but also want to see and experience what the rest of the world has to offer!

PHILOSOPHY

I am quite forward in my feelings against drugs- they don't have a place in my life. I believe in honesty and kindness and am always happy to lend a helping hand.

Interests

A young Martha Stewart! I love the arts and anything crafty. Would watch dance, theatre, music etc forever. I'm a bit of a foodie (despite being intolerant to gluten, dairy and soy- annoying yes) and love a good glass of wine or cocktail. I am not a massive party animal but do love a night out dancing. Also very happy to sit in the sunshine and just take everything in, and of course could walk through markets and shopping centres for hours on end. I love babies and children, animals (particularly cats!) and of course chocolate!

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

1. Swimming in the crystal clear water at Lifou island. The weather was beautiful, I could have stayed in the water and on that beach forever
2. Working as the event manager for the Romeo & Juliet Australian premier for Queensland Ballet. A surreal experience being surrounded by the best in world creating an amazing gala event
3. The first time I went skiing at Mt Bulla. My partner took me up a decent slope as soon as I have finished my beginner class and made me go. I was terrified and cried until he let my take off my skis and walk down, then I laughed at how ridiculous I must have looked

Teach, Learn, Share

I can sew and am pretty good with all things arts and crafts.
