ABOUT ME
My world changed after leaving my first job out of college and moving to Hawaii to work at a Retreat center on the Big Island island. I later moved to Maui and worked for hospice, and it was partially from that experience that I wrote a book titled “Alive for Now.” I enjoy deep conversations, facilitating and attending workshops, writing, meeting new people, the magic of what can happen when going on a solo adventure, acro yoga, coffee, etc.

Another big interest is learning from speakers and authors such as Eckhart Tolle, Michael Singer, Elizabeth Gilbert, Atul Gawande, BJ Miller, Thich Nhat Hanh, etc.
