CURRENT MISSION

Hello! Right now my mission is to travel and gain as much experience as I can. I am traveling with my girlfriend of 1 year whom I met in Thailand, though we didn't get together until we met up again in Australia. We are traveling Central and South America. Perhaps working, volunteering, woofing, or any other opportunity that may come our way.

ABOUT ME

I am a 26 year old female from Canada and my girlfriend Alana is 26 years old from England. We have been traveling sometime now together and separately. We both have worked in Australia and have spent a month in Nicaragua learning Spanish. We are focused on traveling green as much as possible. Being mindful of our spending and what we purchase, doing our best to ensure we aren't adding to the problem. I my self (Jessica) am a beginning healer. I have been taught both Reiki and Seichem. I enjoy meditating on a regular basis and practicing yoga. I enjoy discussing almost anything as long as it's not hateful or anything down that lane. Alana and I are both clean and respectful. We enjoy cooking and learning from people.

To do no harm, have love and compassion for all life. I live my life to experience as much as I can and to follow my excitement.

COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE

I have stayed with one host while in Berlin, Germany and I had the best experience of my life. Him and his girlfriend we amazing hosts and showed me around the whole of Berlin. And to make it even better they had me stay the whole week! Much thanks to them and how comfortable they helped me feel!

Intereses

I like to read, watch documentaries, go hiking be outside as much as possible.... I enjoy having all sorts of conversations as long as it's not racial or judgmental. I am a peaceful person and want to be surrounded by like-minded people!

Music depends on my mood from country to trance, rock to classical and all in between. Book I have read and really enjoyed are; Siddartha by Herman Hasse, Illusions: the Adventures of a Reluctant Messiah by Richard Bach, Hope for the flowers and Flower of Life.

The one amazing thing I have seen and am continuing to see, is that people are remembering how to love again..And I am seeing it happen throughout the world! It's amazing.

I can help teach meditation as well I would appreciate to learn more about it.. And to explore my and all consciousness. As mentioned above I am a healer and would enjoy giving some if they asked! I am good at putting small things together like a chair or desk..maybe even more, if you need help I will do my best!.. I believe I am quite positive and hope to help others see things in a different light to help enhence their way of living.. (Not force or pressure anyone! Only you can change your life but have good teachers and you'll want to help yourself out!)

Also, since at the moment we'll be in Central and South America, practicing Spanish will also be an added bonus.
