COUCH SURFING EXPERIENCE

My partner has hosted over 400 people he has learned english through couch surfing and we also met through couch surfing. Now that we are settled in Portugal, we would like to host couch surfers. i myself have couch surfed in Hawaii, Australia and Bali and had great experiences every time, we both love couch surfing and are eager share our amazing luxurious condo with other couch surfers. Portugal is a lovely place but its really helpful to have tips on how to understand how things work here be it for a short or long term stay in this great country.

Our place is located in a cozy private gated compound in a town called Cotovia and only 30 minutes from Lisbon.
Our place has 3-bedroom 2-bathroom condo with a large swimming pool.
We currently have 2 spacious natural lit rooms available, both with views overlooking the swimming pool, as well as a big living room that sleeps 4.

There is a bus that is a 3-minute walk from our place that goes directly to Lisbon every hour.
The condo is 4km from Sesimbra beach, and many great hiking areas.

Surroundings: restaurants, bars, cafes and supermarkets, and much more all in walking distance. We also drive into town everyday so we do not mind driving you into town with us.

The gated compound has a big garden with a lime tree, fig tree, apple tree, passion fruit and a small orange tree, as well as many beautiful fragrant bright colored flowers surrounding the property.

We are expats from Canada and Italy we work at home we like tranquility and are looking for friendly, people who have similar interests as us.

Ideal for couch surfers that are looking to be in a peaceful place outside of the city.
Also you must like cats, because we have 2, one is a Himalayan Persian.

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

i have worked 10 years in the film industry, worked in animation as well.
worked on a cruise ship been all over the carribean.
i have traveled all over the states canada and central america as well. As all over europe asia and australia.
I have swam with dolphins, sharks, sting rays and whale sharks.
I have gone from being a former spiritual speaker to a critical thinker.
I am currently working on a documentary on my personal story and all my changes .
