To grow as a yoga teacher and human so I can heal others and myself.

ABOUT ME

I am a very down to earth kind of person. I enjoy making new friends and learning about other cultures. I thoroughly enjoy food and wine culture. I am not a food snob, but I am particular in what kinds of foods I consume. One of my favorite hobbies is gardening. I like the process of growing things and find it to be relaxing and rewarding. I also love holistic medicine and learning to make my own essential oils. I also love crystals and my kitty Maestro!

Although I like some nice things, I find myself to be quite unmaterialistic. I enjoy experiences. I can be up for anything at any time. Spur of the moments are often my favorites. I am genuine and honestly care for all living beings. I could never harm another person or thing and I believe in karma ;) people describe me as positive and a pleasure to be around, but you can be the judge of that :) I am often sensitive to other people's disposition, and find myself to be quite amiable.

Some of my favorite movies are The Fountain, Eternal Sunshine of the Spotless Mind, Pans Labrynth, Sean of the Dead, Moon, and Pulp Fiction. I love to read Paulo Coehlo, Carlos Castaneda, and Eckhartt Tolle. I'm into all sorts of music but not really mainstream radio music haha! I love Latin, African, Classical and many others ;)

Visiting the Grand Canyon, Lobbying at the Capital Hill for human rights violations, and planting organic gardens at at risk youth centers.
