I'm a masters student, studying 3D Design and Craft @ Brighton University, specialising in Jewellery and Metal. I love being a silversmith, it's such a rewarding and beautiful thing to do. I work in a Jewellery shop in Brighon in my spare time. I live in a tiny windmill in the countryside near Brighton, which I spent three months renovating.

I am a friendly and curious person, I like to explore places and people, and I am interested in the way that people interact with their places.

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

I like to travel, and think the best way to meet people is to stay with them and see a place from their perspective! I host when I can, but at the moment my house is so tiny I can ony fit one person in.

Interests

I love to make things, usually from metal or wood but I can use just about anything. I love music, especially folk and traditional irish music, so I'm currently learning to play the penny whistle. I sing too. I love to explore and walk and climb so I do that a lot. Most of my time is spent studying, so whe I get a break I like to fill my time with cycing and walking and yoga and swimming and travelling and fun!

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

I've traveled around India for 6 months alone, including buying a motorbike and riding up to the northern border! I have cycled to Portugal from London and had an incredible time. I spend most summers traveling around Europe so often need a place to stay when I'm not camping. I renovated my windmill house from a complete ruin, even doing the scaffolding myself.
