ABOUT ME
Grew up in Cleveland, Ohio (Cleveland Rocks!). Went to uni at Cornell, traveled here and there, work out west now as an archaeological technician.
I tend to be pretty chill, though I can be very quiet around people I've just met. Unfortunately I think this may give the first impression that I am more uptight than I really am! In reality, nothing makes me happier than good conversation over beers with interesting people.
PHILOSOPHY
I like to take it easy, keep things in perspective, and find reasons to smile.
It's five o'clock somewhere.

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done
haha, everything I come up with seems really cheesy. Oh well...
I actually never really left the US until I was 20, and it was to go to Italy for an archaeological excavation. After it was finished, I took two weeks to travel for the first time, by myself.
The first place I went was Venice. The first morning I was there I was walking through St Mark's Square, almost in tears because I couldn't believe I was actually finally seeing a place like Venice. I had saved up a long time to be able to take my first trip, after dreaming about it for years.
I've been to a lot of places and met a lot of people since then, but this memory still makes me feel grateful to have had the opportunity to travel, and gives me motivation to work hard and save up so I can continue to do so.
Teach, Learn, Share
I might be able to teach you how to solve a Rubik's cube. I would also be happy to tell you all about archaeology.
I love listening to good storytellers! Please come and regale me with tales of the cool stuff you've seen and done.
