About Me

Hi! I’m Jessie. I’ve lived in NYC for five years and am working as a paralegal before I go to grad school 🤗. I love nature, traveling, and a good book. I studied international relations, film, and anthropology, and I love taking about history, politics, culture, and good movies/books. I have a cat named Jerry who I adore. I love meeting new people and getting to explore new places from a local perspective.

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

I want to see as much of the world as I can and meet lots of new people while doing it. I think the best way to get to know a place is by befriending locals and going to their favorite spots.

Interests

I love exploring the outdoors, learning about the history of new places, and reading good books. I love drinking coffee in a cafe and playing cards or journaling. I really enjoy ice skating and bouldering. I love having good conversations with unique people. I studied politics and anthropology in university and minored in Spanish and film so I’m very interested in all of these areas.
