My name is Jessie, I'm 20! and I live in Dublin, Ireland!
I started travelling in 2015 after I finished school, it was always something I had wanted to do. There's nothing I love more than learning about new cultures and meeting new people from all sorts of backgrounds. I spent 2 fantastic months adventuring around Europe, then last summer I left again and went travelling for 2 months, then worked in Portugal for another 2 months :). Now this year, 2017, I'm travelling with my boyfriend Luke for the Summer & Autumn! :)

After finishing school in June 2 years ago, myself and my friend left no time to spare and packed our bags and travelled Europe for 2 months, I did the same again last year. We wouldn't have been able to do this without couchsurfing. We met so many amazing people and discovered the best places in each city from our hosts. Exploring places like a local is the best way!

I genuinely enjoy all types of music, my favourite genres would be techno/house/rap/indie/reggae. As for my favourite artist, I don't think I could chose as they change constantly. My favourite DJ's currently are Paul Kalkbrenner and Jamie Jones. I love techno and house music lotssss! Also a big fan of rap music, ASAP Rocky and Drake are currently my top 2. As for films and TV shows, I don't really watch many anymore but my all time favs would be Pineapple Express/American Psycho, if you haven't seen either, go watch them now!

我做过的一件不可思议的事情

Managed to complete (and pass!) my Leaving Certificate exams whilst working part-time to independently fund my travelling so I didn't have to rely on my parents at all, and then of course I travelled Europe aged 18 with my best friend for 2 months :)
