Overview
About Me
I grew up in a small mountain town in the Eastern Sierra, am an avid traveler, backpacker, and food enthusiast, and recently graduated from UC Berkeley in the Bay Area where I studied Applied Mathematics and Computer Science. I'm a huge fan of the outdoors, and am constantly looking for new adventures and friends to share them with.
Why I’m on Couchsurfing
I'm currently on a 6 month break before I return to San Francisco to start a full time job in the fall, and am using that time to travel Europe and the Western United States. I'm always looking to meet locals and new friends in the cities I visit, so couchsurfing was a perfect fit for me.

Music, Movies, and Books
Music- My dad was in a cover band in the 80s so I was raised on classic 70s/80s rock. Also a huge fan of alternative rock/pop (think Grouplove or Lumineers). Overall, quite eclectic tastes.
Books- Anything I can get my hands on. Some favorites are Middlesex, Crime and Punishment, The Kite Runner, and 100 Years of Solitude.
Movies- Anything directed by Terentino, Into the Wild, Pursuit of Happyness.
One Amazing Thing I’ve Done
Spent two seasons as a kid's ski instructor at the largest ski resort in California.
