ABOUT ME

I love adventure and I'm stuck on this idea that people are meant to interact and that its through sharing our stories that we truly understand the "human experience". Most people say I'm very open-minded, a great listener, and enjoy making new friends. I'm also an easy talker and thrive in awkward conversations.

Wyatt, my partner and I have a two bedroom in downtown Portland. So our little futon is your humble abode when you stay with us. We do have two dogs who love new people, but can be very jumpy at times. And we have two cuddly cats... one cat's cuddles might come with bites, so just be careful :)

Interests

I love nature and learning about it. I love reading and going to new places through your eyes and imagination. I love making new foods, find new places to become a "regular". I love live music and meeting new faces. I love dancing in the rain. I'm learning to love mud between my toes (this used to be a huge issues with my flip flops). I love sharing my home with people that are able to add something, whether it be a laugh, a conversation, a pleasant smell, or whatever you may like to leave behind as your mark.

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

Watching my little sister's eyes the first time she saw snow as a small child. Innocence is truly amazing. Trying to get money out of an ATM in Dasani, Kenya and having to wait until the baboon that was my same size climbed down from the building. Watching the strongest woman that I have ever known in my life ask for help (that is humanity).
