ABOUT ME

I just moved to the Bay Area from Portland, Oregon. I take on too many projects. I love independent media, free culture, bike riding, dancing, painting, gardening, crafting, worm composting (something new), building stuff, beer, traveling, adventure, playing, blowing bubbles, reading books, playing with my cat, laughing.

PHILOSOPHY

Nothing's more important than a flip of a coin. If you are dissapointed in the result then go with the other side. (actually my friend's philosophy but I am fully convinced).

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

HOW I PARTICIPATE IN COUCHSURFING

I volunteer at a community radio station as a producer and work for a federation of radio stations. I believe strongly that media should be a tool for citizens, not big business. I also am trying to help kick start a new place in the bay area that teaches people how to rebuild computers out of recycled ones, gives them away, and recycles the leftover parts responsibly and locally. I'd love to teach to you how!
