I'm a new surfer looking forward to connecting and learning from beautiful people all over the world.

兴趣

I'm into all things creation, growth, motion and adventure. My favorite canvas is the soil, the skin and the cutting board. I love making delicious healthy food, sharing my passion for bodywork and creating beautiful, regenerative gardens and landscapes following permaculture principles. In my free time, I enjoy practicing yoga, vipassana meditation, writing, kayaking, biking, sailing, skiing, etc. But I also strongly identify as an introverted, quiet soul. There's nothing quite like a good book and a quiet sunny garden to relax in.

I'm most confidant in my knowledge of all things food, healing, yoga, cooking, writing, growing, preserving, etc. I'm a certified permaculture designer and teacher and love to share regenerative land practices of any kind! I am a knitter, a dancer along with many other hats. I love to share skills and would love to learn from others.
