Hi there! My name is Jesús, I'm originally from Honduras, currently living in Poland, and I'm a passionate chef working at a Bib Gourmand restaurant (on its way to earning a Michelin star!). My journey with food has taken me across the globe—I've studied in Italy, worked at Jumeirah in Dubai, and explored Central American, Mexican, U.S., Spanish, and French cuisines.

When I’m not cooking up a storm in the kitchen, I’m diving into my other creative pursuits: running my cooking vlog, experimenting with video editing, and sharing laughs through my content on Instagram. I also love diving into deep conversations—whether it's about travel, culture, or the mysteries of the universe (ask me about Anunnakis sometime!).
