People have a lot more control over their destiny than most care to take responsibility for. The hardest thing is to decide exactly what it is that you want, after that it just becomes a matter of time.

Interests

I love to travel. Fresh out of high school I took off to Europe by myself on hopes of finding the meaning of life. It was a total of 16 weeks that I was gone and I was never the same. Back at home I take road trips as often as budget allows. I enjoy traveling with friends but for me nothing beats a lone getaway.

Music, Movies, and Books

I enjoy reading a lot. anything from classic literature to non-fiction. Big Ayn Rand enthusiast. I agree with many of the grievances voiced by Occupy Wall Street but don't believe they are going about it in an efficient way.

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

At 18 I left everything and everyone that a knew behind and boarded a plane to Oslo, Norway. It was a one way ticket and had no defined plan other than explore. I met a a lot great people and made a few very meaningful bonds. The trip has been so influential and I feel it has given me in 16 weeks the perspective that usually takes years to acquire.
