ABOUT ME

I am easy going, I am gay, I like hiking, the gym, kayaking, walking my dogs, I used to play Aussie Rules football, I like meeting new people and having fun, I like a quiet beer or coffee and good conversation. I love my cats, dogs and bicycles.

PHILOSOPHY

I believe that life is not meant to be 'easy' or 'comfortable', and that hardship and pushing one's own personal limits are important for happiness.

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

HOW I PARTICIPATE IN COUCHSURFING

I have hosted quite a few people now, but I am yet to surf someone's couch. Heading over to Europe for the Tour De France in 2011 so may be couchsurfing then.

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

Trekked in the Himalayas. Walked on the Great Wall of China. Hurt my ass snowboarding in NZ. Lurked in dodgy back streets in Thailand.

Teach, Learn, Share

I am a jack of all trades and a master of none. I am getting quite good at servicing/fixing/building bicycles but I wouldn't consider myself a mechanic just yet.

I want to learn about culture, people, things happening in every far corner of the world.

I can teach you all about Aussie Rules football, and you can even come along to games and meet the girls I play with.
